A Table for Presence
We’re busy. Calendars fill quickly. Dinners become scheduled obligations, booked months in advance and often forgotten before they happen. The act of sharing a meal, something simple and human, has become over-orchestrated, over-filtered, and often overthought.
here, now started as a quiet push against that.
A dinner series and mood board for life; a place where food, stories and photography meet. Designed to be exactly what it sounds like: a moment to sit down, together, in the present. No big occasion. No hidden agenda. Just a beautifully considered evening, good food, and a table worth gathering around.
“The goal is simple: to create space for connection. To eat slowly. To be fully here, in good company.”
A Different Kind of Dinner
Once a month, we host a small dinner — usually midweek, on a Tuesday or Wednesday — in collaboration with restaurants we admire. Each dinner brings together 6 to 10 guests around a shared table.
The goal is simple: to create space for connection. To eat slowly. To be fully here, in good company.
This isn’t a supper club for foodies. It’s not a networking event. It’s not about exclusivity or prestige. It’s for people who care about detail, presence, and design; who understand that a weeknight dinner can still feel special without trying too hard.
Come As You Are — Or How You’d Like to Be
There’s no dress code. But we believe in marking the moment.
Wear what feels good. Dress up if you’d like to. This is a space where effort is welcomed. Not for show, but for the quiet joy of taking part in something considered. These dinners are informal, but never careless. Relaxed, but always intentional.
We shape each dinner in collaboration with the host restaurant. That might mean a set menu, or a guided a la carte. The menu depends on the space, the season, and the feeling of the night. What stays consistent is the tone: warm, grounded, and led by hospitality.
What It Becomes
Some dinners will be filled with new faces. Some with familiar ones. Maybe this grows. Maybe it stays small. But the heart of it won’t change: one evening, one table, a chance to be truly present.
If that sounds like something you’d like to be part of, we’d love to have you.
We’ll be here.
